Today I went out to pay for the ticket to get my driver's license back
I didn't though that this kind of thought will come up to my mind
to make me come back and write this story down into my note.
I arrived at the police station about 2 pm.
After i had passed 2 u-turns that said i cannot u-turn here..
I knew this the other day I drove passed by,
I drove-in see a parking space, drove to that spot but
before I turn off the engine, I looked in the mirror, I see an old man was
sitting on the bench smiling at my car...?
I turned around and yeah..I see the sign on my parking space said "Director Only!!"
ok I moved my car someplace else and parked at some spot that they parked their car
like a "Tetris", it looked like it had no space but if you put your car on "N",
push your car and work around a little bit there will always some space left
to park more cars.
I walked in the police station, see this woman standing, looked kinda lost
but there was a policeman helping her already..
"I give you a discount to $5 and here is, my card keep it for later use" he said
I walked pass this 2 couple and directly to the fine table
I handed him the ticket, he signed the front and turn it around
there was a BIG foot's step from a man BOOT on the ticket....
He paused for 2 seconds.... before he ask me "what is this??"
eventhough the symbol already identify itself to the him.
"The day that your officer gave me this ticket, it was windy. The ticket got blown away
by the wind, so he had to step on it before it got lost", I told him
but what really happened was, this ticket was on the floor of my car
and my friend came in and sit in the front seat and stepped on it with his black boot..
the Footstep's edge looked very sharp compare from pixel to pixel,
but If i didn't lie to him, this story wouldn't end in 2 sentences.
"I thought you had something in mind to say or upset about the policemen"
he signed the paper and told me to go to the next table.
The next table, there was a queue of 3, a woman that i saw earlier,
a man with an old black t-shirt and me.
A woman paid her fine and then the old black t-shirt man, he paid his and saying
"You guys are so great, come out and give us the tickets everyday.
Don't you guys ever get bored of this shit??"
he also looked at me and thought that i will join him, since we're in the same boat now.
I only smiled back at him and say nothing, since this is also a country of Thailand,
"the land of smiles".. eventhough they are getting an advantage of us.
I noticed that on this table, there are more than 500 driver's licenses here
with the pink slip (a ticket), on the ticket said that we have to pay the fine within
7 days, and they took our licenses this much in 7 days!?!?
Holy F MOTHER F..er F..ing GOD!!
I paid for the fine and he handed my driver's license back
and I said "Thank you" to him
even though, the driver's license is technically MINE.. !!
I walked back to my car, ready to leave the police station,
On the way out (exit) I see there was a car pulling back from that "Director parking space" again..
I couldn't count how many times that old man on the bench had to keep smiling,
eveytime people mistaken took that VIP parking spot..
He gotta have his secret place somewhere
to keep him smiling all day on that bench..

รู้แต่แรกแล้วว่าไม่มีที่ ขับผ่านเห็นวันก่อน แต่ไม่มีใครว่างมาส่ง
เจอที่แรกว่าง เข้าจอด กำลังจะดับเครื่อง มองกระจกหลัง
เห็นตาแปะนั่งอยู่บนม้าหิน ทำหน้ายิ้มแปลกๆ...
หันกลับมามองด้านหน้า มีป้ายสีน้ำเงินติดอยู่บนกำแพง ผกก. (ผู้กำกับ)
จัดแจงถอยรถ ออกมาช้าๆ เพราะทางมันแคบ + รถจอดอยู่เยอะแล้ว
เลยเข้าไปจอดในเขตแฟลต ที่จอดรถกันเหมือน tetris
เหมือนจะจอดขวางกันหมด แ่ต่ถ้าใส่เกียร์ว่าง
ขยับกันดีๆ ก็ยังสามารถเข้าจอด หรือขับออกมาได้
จอดปุ๊บ รถคันข้างๆกำลังจะออก เข็นรถที่ขวางอยู่
ดันใส่เกียร์... ดัน ดัน ดัน.. ไม่ขยับ มีเสื้อจราจรสีส้มแขวนอยู่ในรถ เขาทำหน้าเซ็ง..
เดินเข้าสน. เจอโต๊ะแรก แผนกต้อนรับ
ตำรวจนายนึงกำลังคุยกับ หญิงสาวคนนึงที่มาเสียค่าปรับ
ใบสั่งอยู่ในมือตำรวจ อีกมือเท้้าเคาเตอร์ไว้ ยืนเอียงๆ
ผู้หญิง ท่าทางไม่ประสีประสา หน้าตางงๆ คงไม่รู้ต้องไปจ่ายตรงไหนเหมือนเรา
เราเดินผ่าน ได้ยิน "ลดให้เหลือ 200 บาท ละกัน แล้วเก็บนามบัตรผมไว้" เขายิ้ม
เราเลยเดินผ่านไป คุยกับคนอื่นดีกว่า
ถึงโต๊ะที่เซ็นชื่อ โต๊ะแรก รับใบสั่งไป ลงบันทึก
กลับด้านหลัง เจอรอยตีนสีดำ ขนาดใหญ่คมชัด ขอบเข้มแทบเห็นเป็น pixel ต่อ pixel
ว่าเป็นรองเท้าหนัง เขาหยุดไป 2 วินาที แต่ก็ยังจะถาม
"นี่รอยอะไร ?"
เราอธิบาย ว่าวันนั้นใบสั่งมันจะปลิว คนเขียนใบสั่งเลยใช้ไอ้นั่นคว้าไว้แทน
ทั้งที่จริงๆแล้ว ก่อนหน้านั้นใบสั่งมันหล่นในรถ อยู่บนพื้น แล้วเพื่อนขึ้นมานั่ง
แล้วดันเหยียบมันลงไปเต็มๆ ปัดออก มันก็ไม่จาง คมชัดทุกขอบเส้น
แต่ถ้าเล่าไปอย่างนั้น คงไม่จบกันแค่ 2 ประโยค
และอาจจะต้องเสียค่าปรับเพิ่ม
"แล้วไป นึกว่าไม่พอใจ ตำรวจ" แล้วเขาก็เซ็นชื่อ
โต๊ะต่อไป มีคิวรออยู่ 3 คน
รวมผู้หญิงหน้าตางงๆ คนแรกด้วย
ถึงคิวที่ 2 ชายผิวคล้ำ เสื้อดำ ขาสั้น เสื้อผ้าเก่าพอประมาณ
ส่งค่าปรับ แบงค์ 100 และพร้อมแบงค์ 20 อีกหลายใบ พร้อมกับบ่น
"สน. นี้เก่งนะ วางด่านได้ทุกวัน ไม่เหนื่อยกันมั่งรึไง"
สายตาเขาหันมามองเรา เหมือนหาแนวร่วม
เราตอบอะไรไม่ได้ ได้แต่ยิ้ม ทั้งๆที่รู้ว่าหัวข้อมันคือ การโดนเอาเปรียบ thailand only
คนรับค่าปรับเซ็นชื่อ ไม่พูดอะไร ไม่มองหน้า
ที่อยากจะมาเขียนก็เริ่มตรงนี้ละ
บนโต๊ะเราเห็นม้วนกระดาษสีชมพูหลายกอง คงเป็นใบขับขี่ที่ยึดมา
น่าจะมีมากกว่า 500 ใบ ถ้ามันมัดละแค่ 50 ใบ กว่า 10กอง
ในใบสั่งบอกให้มาเสียค่าปรับภายใน 7 วัน
แค่ใน 7 วัน มีใบสั่ง ใบขับขี่ได้มากขนาดนี้ วันๆไม่ต้องทำอย่างอื่นกันพอดี
เขียนแต่บิลใบสั่ง กับส่งคืนใบขับขี่
เราโดนปรับ ใบต่อภาษี เสีย 200 บาท
เขาเซ็นชื่อ ออกบิลใบสั่ง พร้อมถาม "ไปต่อมารึยัง"
"ยังครับ" เราตอบ
"ขับมาด้วยรึเปล่า ??.. เดี๋ยวก็โดนอีก"
เราเกิดคิดขึ้นมา ตัวคนเดียวเขาอาจจะไม่อยากทำแบบนี้
แต่พอรวมกันเป็นกลุ่มขนาดใหญ่แล้ว หลายผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อน
และเพื่อความเป็นอยู่ของอีกหลายชีวิต อาจจะทำให้เลี่ยงไม่ได้
ที่จะต้องทำแบบนี้
ลงทุนใบสั่ง 1 ใบ ใบละบาท ปากกาอีกแท่งละ 3 บาท
ทำให้้้ผู้คนในพื้นที่ ไม่พอใจ และ่การจรจราจรเป็นระเบียบมากขึ้น
คนที่บ่นพึมพัมเมื่อกี๊ก็คงรู้ว่าโดนเอาเปรียบ
แต่ตัวคนเดียว คงทำอะไรไม่ได้ มากกว่าบ่น คนที่เ็ห็นอยู่ตรงหน้า
ตำรวจเซ็นชื่อ ฉีกใบสั่ง พร้อมยื่นใบขับขี่ให้เรา
เรารับมาบอกขอบคุณครับ ทั้งที่ใบขับขี่ เป็นชื่อกู
สตาร์ทรถขับออกมา ทางแคบรถสวน เบี่ยงหลบ
เห็นรถอีกคัน กำลังถอยออก จากที่จอดรถ ผู้กำกับ..
วันๆนึง ตาแปะคนนี้ต้องอมยิ้ม ถึงกี่รอบ
ที่เห็นคนเอารถเข้ามาจอดผิดที่ ในช่องพิเศษนี้
ชีวิตอาแปะคงมีความสุข
ขับรถออกมาคิดอีก
รู้จักผู้หญิงคนนึง แอบพี่สาวมาทำงานตอนกลางคืน
เพราะกลัวโดนว่า แต่ตอนนี้ไม่ต้องหลบๆแอบๆแล้ว
เพราะพี่สาวรู้แล้ว เลยทำงานกลางคืน ทั้งพี่ทั้งน้องเลยทีนี้..
น้องสาวเขาอายุก็ุเท่าน้องเรา ทำให้อดคิดไม่ได้..
เรารู้สึก ว่าชีวิตมันดิ้นรนกันขนาดนี้
ทุกที่ที่ไป มีเรื่องราว หลายคนอาจจะมองผ่านไปเฉยๆ ไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลก
เป็นเหตุการณ์ปกติที่เกิดขึ้นรอบตัวของทุกคน
บางคนใส่ใจ บางคนไม่ใส่ใจ บางคนแค่ต้องการดำรชีวิตของตัวเอง
ทุกวันนี้คนเรา ไม่ได้ต้องการแค่อาหาร เหมือนสิ่งมีชีวิตชนิดอื่น
เราดิ้นรน ค้นหาวิธีการ ทำให้ชีวิตตนเองสุขสบาย
มันทำให้เราหายสงสัย ว่าทำไมทุกวันนี้มันถึงเป็นหน้าที่เรา
ที่ต้องคอยตามดู มองเห็นปัญหาของชีวิตคนอื่น
เราก้มลงมองในกระเป๋าตังตัวเอง เหลือเงินแค่ 400 บาท
เราจะไปช่วยเหลือทุกคนได้ยังไง ในเมื่อเราแค่ตัวคนเดียว
